One of the things I missed on my 2010 Highlights was STARTING this Blog. I had always told myself I wanted to write a blog but never got the courage to do it, until my friend Susy convinced me and we both started our blog on the same day. Now a year later, I am celebrating Paws.Play.Repeat as it has served as a space to creatively write and share my love for fashion, as well as a good journal of my life as I look back at my goals and what I was concentrating on a year ago. Some things haven't changed while my focus on other things are moving forward. My travel bug is still slowly being satisfied and as I celebrate 1 year. The Traditional 1st Anniversary gift is PAPER.
Thus all things Paper I look forward to.
Getting that Paper $$$$ to save up for the things that make me happy =)
I got my US PASSPORT and I am ready to put it into great use. Projected Travel Plans include: Miami, Trips to LA, Puerto Rico (I'm dreaming) and visiting family in Canada.
Learning conversational French (I purchased the French Version of a Word a Day Desk Calendar as a start) and using the Portuguese I started learning last year.
Reading for fun period.

I've been M.I.A. once again from my blog. Sorry to those who follow me. I need to put more dedication into my blog and WRITING in general. In between trying to plan for my EURO TRIP this Fall 2010 and my daily responsibilities I have put my blog on the BACK BURNER...burn.... But here is to me biting my tongue, taking back my words and getting back to blogging.
I decided to do a Blog OVERHAUL and start fresh. My blog needed a makeover really bad and a whole new layout. I think this is what was prolonging me from writing anything sooner. It just didn't feel right. It didn't feel like me. So I finally decided to get off my butt and make some changes. I wanted to make my blog more engaging and portray all the things I really love instead of just a time-line of my life's events. I have a lot of posts I have to catch up on from May til now. But I think whats happened in the last month has happened and now that we are halfway through the year I need to focus on the NOW and share with you all the NOW things in my life.
My life these past months has been eventful. I am always sticking my nose on embarking on some new adventure and keeping myself busy. I am still a fashion follower and lover. I know that from earlier posts I said I would quit shopping...ouch...yes QUIT is a big word. Well I've accepted that this has become a really easy defeat for me. I acknowledge I am a Shoe Addict. Like Carrie from SATC I have a weakness for pretty and ridiculously crafted bad ass SHOES! It should be part of my Resume, "Quality's Include: Avid Shoe Lover" because it really is true. Ask my sisters, ask my mom, ask my friends. They can vouch for me and state that I am a shoe lover and proud of it. So no need to hide it anymore instead I would love to share my addiction with you all with all the new styles I find. Since I consider myself an experienced online shopper! ;-)
Other items on my To Do for Blog list are sharing all the yummy places I get the opportunity to eat at, some of my weekend getaways and road-trips that I take every month (or at least try to). And the Big Kahuna of them all (cross fingers) planning for my EURO TRIP 2010, along with SUSY (my fellow blogger and partner-in-crime who's been on my ass about posting some new stuff on my blog, I love you =) Also joining us will be my bro plus some other friends. It is going to be Epic!

It's a New Decade, already one month down, 11 more months to go. I feel blessed and grateful for every second I have to share everything happening in my world with my family, friends and now all of you on my BLOG!
With a New Year comes new challenges and this is one I had proposed for myself for a loooong time now. As a fellow Fashionite myself and cult blogger follower, I wanted to put my imprint in life as I see it. From the clothes on my back, to the color of my nails, and the travels I have planned for today and beyond. This is my corner where I get to share it with you all. As an optimistic person, I'm excited to do everything I have set myself to do this year starting with this blog and be able to document it here.
I welcome people who I can relate with. Individuals who are not afraid to express an unpopular opinion, in fact, those who reveal and believe in it are the best. Cats who play music, live music, and spread music. Stoners with impressive GPA's. Creators. Adventurers. Memory makers. Risk-takers. Intellects. Someone who loves the night. Loves to dance.
